Urban Viking Woman is a multidisciplinary sound project exploring the relationship between ocean, identity, and wellbeing.

Through ambient composition, voice, and natural soundscapes, the work invites listeners into a slower, more reflective state — where sound becomes a pathway back to presence, place, and self.
